RETURN POLICYNew unworn items can be refunded to Neapolitan Company within 7 days of delivery. Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind those returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.
CANCELLATION POLICYOnce your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 50% of the total store amount of the item. To cancel your orders, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
Neapolitan Company reserves the right to make any amendment to this policy at anytime. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
